Tile Tolerances

Typical

Size/Rectangularity: ± 0.75mm    Thickness: ± 0.5 – 1.5mm    Max Curvature: ± 0.5%

Installation

Flooring: Adhesive fix only using materials and procedures in Sadlerstone technical literature.

Cladding: Adhesive or mechanically fix.

Recommended Grout Joints

Flooring: 2 mm – 5 mm (1/8” – 1/4”) or minimum 0.5% of long side of tile.

Cladding: As specified for installation method/materials (min 0.5%).

Expansion Joints

As per engineer’s details or maximum intervals of 6m (20’) for interior and 4.5m (15’) for exterior applications.

Sealing

Supplied with impregnating primer seal. Apply further impregnator after initial clean. As surface
is subject to acid aggression (eg. lemon juice, vinegar), food area tiles should be fully sealed.

Colour Fastness

Negligible change in colour over 5 years.

Warranty

A limited warranty against wear is provided.

*BPN = British Pendulum Number. Class refers to Australian Standard (AS/NZS 4586 - 2004) for slip resistance.
The Australian standard states that "factors such as usage, cleaning systems, applied coatings and patterns of wear
may affect the characteristics of the surface after classification."
